• developing a detailed project timetable to help you implement your plans

• providing regular coaching sessions to help you achieve the objectives outlined in your plan

I have developed models, spreadsheets and lists of questions that will help you identify the key issues facing your business and that will aid you in taking the necessary action to attain your goals.

I graduated from Trinity College, Cambridge where I received an MA in Social & Political Science. Since then I have worked in business as well as the non-profit sector.

I have experience in a wide variety of disciplines including accountancy, marketing, public relations, business coaching and writing, all of which prove very useful for producing internal business plans.

My work experience has included:

• being one of the four founders of the Merlin Ecology Fund (now the Jupiter Ecology Fund), which was the first ever UK environmental unit trust

• doing management consultancy work for the Falkland Islands Government

• writing articles for both national and specialist publications, including Business China, The Industrial Society Magazine, The Guardian and Caduceus

• setting up Mountain Books Ltd, a small publishing company

• fundraising work for a cancer charity

• strategy development for businesses and non-profit organisations
